Ferrari has just released its sales and financial results for 2015 and, as expected, production has increased slightly over 2014.
Last year, the Italian automaker delivered a total of 7,664 cars, a 6 per cent jump over the previous year. Deliveries figures were led by a 17 per cent rise in V8 model sales, namely the California T, 458 Speciale A and 488 GTB.
The record delivery figure came despite a 24 per cent decrease in F12 Berlinetta and FF sales, which are now in their fourth and fifth year of production respectively.
Growth was recorded across most regions, particularly in Japan, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia and South Korea, where sales soared by 26 per cent, largely due to the introduction of the twin-turbocharged 488 GTB.
Complementing the jump in sales is an increase in revenue. Ferrari has reported 2.8 billion euros in revenue for 2015, 3 per cent more than 2014. Net profit also increased by 9 percent, to 290 million euro,.
Having stated it intends to of to expand production to the 9,000 unit mark, unless there is a serious economic upheaval, the future for the now independent manufacturer looks even brighter.
