Jaguar will showcase the F-Pace medium luxury SUV at the 2016 Canadian International Show, held February 12 to 21, 2016, in Toronto.
Just like the U.S. version, the Canadian F-Pace will come with a 3.0-liter supercharged gasoline engine, in two outputs, 340hp and 380hp, mated to an 8-speed transmission that sends power to the four wheels, in both versions.
In the most powerful variant, the F-Pace S, 0-100km/h (62mph) takes 5.5sec and top speed is limited to 250km/h (155mph). Later this year, JLR will introduce a new 2.0-liter all-aluminum engine, with 180hp and 317lb-ft (430Nm) of torque.
Besides the F-Pace, Jaguar will bring the XE to the Canadian show, prior to its local launch. The compact luxury saloon benefits from a 180hp 2.0-liter turbo diesel, in the 20d, and a 340hp supercharged 3.0-liter V6 in the 35t version.
The 2016 Jaguar F-Type has gained AWD as standard on the R model and optional on the S, along with a six-speed manual on the RWD V6-powered variants and Electric Power Assisted Steering.
Another addition to Jag’s Canadian show lineup is the 2016MY XF, which comes with a supercharged V6 engine in two outputs: 340hp and 380hp. In Canada, it will only be offered with all-wheel drive, and the range-topping XJ.
