In order to reward their customers for their loyalty, Skoda went and gave some of them £50 across six UK cities.
On Valentine’s Day, a team of “Skoda cupids” made their way across six UK cities (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and Edinburgh), placing special red roses on the windscreens of Skodas that appealed to them for one reason or another.
Attached to the roses were notes which contained £50 vouchers (one per car), which in turn Superb, Fabia or Octavia owners could use in order to feed their fuel tanks.
Obviously the vouchers were “a must” since those Skoda cupids couldn’t have just left cash on car’s windshields – which is also why those who did find flowers and a card on their Skodas, first need to prove their identity in order to claim the prize.
