JE DESIGN’s proposition for the Q7 looks like something begging to be trail hooned, but the German tuner didn’t take the big SUV out of its comfort zone.
Don’t let the rugged wide-body kit fool you, as its presence only emphasizes the Q7’s already imposing appearance. The visual add-ons consist of a front apron, fender extensions, side skirts, rear skirt inserts, roof spoiler and spoiler lip, making it look like a bigger A6 Allroad, fitting the whole range of the model equipped with an S-line exterior – including the potent SQ7.
The overall aspect is so massive, that it actually makes the new JE DESIGN 10 x 22-inch rims (wrapped in 295/30 R22 tires) look small, even with the special adapter spacers.
To match the exterior, the tuning company reworked the powerplants as well, offering a 54 PS (53 HP) and 85 Nm increase for the 3.0-litre TDI engine, bumping its power to 326 PS (321) HP and 685 Nm of torque, while an upgrade for the V8 Tri-Turbo TDI (equipping the SQ7) is already in the works; expecting it to boast 522 PS (515 HP) by the time JE DESIGN is done with it.
Aiding the performance gains are two possible tailpipe alternatives; a quadrangular version or the optional round variant. Both are designed as dual tailpipes with a duplex arrangement.
