Just 500 examples of the Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice will be made available in the UK, to coincide with the eagerly anticipated Batman v Superman movie, set to hit theaters on March 25.
This limited edition Renegade is based on the Longitude mid-range version, but relies on Granite Crystal, Carbon Black or Colorado Red liveries for a bolder appearance.
Jeep have also fitted the Renegade DoJ with polished black-painted accents, 18″ alloys and unique badging meant to remind people about the DC Comics universe.
Inside, there are exclusive DoJ black cloth seats, black air vents and speaker bezels, sat-nav, a 6-speaker audio system and UConnect Live services as standard, whereas the electric panoramic sunroof, heated front seats & steering wheel, towing pack and the regular-size spare wheel are all available as options.
Prices in the UK start from £19,495 OTR for the 1.6 E-torQ 110 HP 2WD version, though customers can always opt for the 1.6 MultiJet II 120 HP 2WD model if they fancy a bit more pulling power – both versions available with manual transmissions.
“With all the strengths and standard specification of the Jeep Renegade Longitude, but with the added dimension of unique style and exclusivity, the Dawn of Justice limited edition makes a very strong proposition,” says Damien Dall, head of brand Jeep UK. “With its cool interior and attractive black exterior, the new car offers a winning combination of elegance, individuality and value for money.”
Jeep has also put together an interactive website where you can win a range of prizes, including live driving experiences and cinema tickets to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
