BMW‘s Abu Dhabi showroom hosted this Austin Yellow M3 recently, packing all sorts of exterior modifications from AC Schnitzer.
To be precise, the AC Schnitzer components are mixed in with the M Performance package and the Manhart bonnet, resulting in a very aggressive-looking sports sedan.
The AC Schnitzer kit includes the front spoiler elements, carbon fiber rear diffuser and the carbon fiber rear wing, while the M Performance package adds the side sill extensions.
This car reminds us of the Austin Yellow M4 that was on display at the same showroom late last year, the only difference being the missing Manhart carbon fiber bonnet with ventilation outlets.
As for the interior, it’s not as carbon fiber-heavy as we would have expected (nothing on the steering wheel, handbrake, shifter), but you still have a couple of inserts on the center console and across the dash.
The Akrapovic exhaust is also missing (found on lots of similar models), but since the M3 has never been the runt of the litter in terms of performance, we’re guessing the car’s owner didn’t feel like more noise was absolutely necessary.
