With summer just around the corner, Ferrari has launched the new 488 Spider‘s online configurator.
It lets users select just about every aspect of their future ride, starting with the color palette, going through the different rim patterns and ending with the internal colors.
Ferrari also allows you to spec out the 488 Spider with numerous carbon fiber bits and pieces, but not matter what options you might think of adding, the 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, sitting behind the seats, remains unchanged. It produces 661 HP (670 PS) and 560 pound-feet (760 Nm) of torque, connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox that drives the rear axle.
Ferrari brags about the throttle response time of just 0.8 seconds at 2,000 rpm in third gear, along with a 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) sprint in 3.2 seconds, just a few tenths slower than its solid roof sibling, while its top speed stands at 203 mph (327 km/h).
