One of the downsides of motoring are accidents, though not all of them are equal, as some have greater consequences than others.

When you’re riding on two wheels, rather than sitting comfortably on four, you are much, much more aware of this. Not only because your body is exposed instead of protected by crumble zones and airbags, but also because you are easily faster than most.

If this is true for run-of-the-mill motorcycles, superbikes brush off even the mightiest of supercars with a small turn of the right grip. Plus, as a rider found out, being small and agile sometimes works to your advantage.

As he was riding along a freeway, a saloon swerved from the left lane to the middle (probably because he didn’t have time to brake to avoid the car in front) and hit an SUV, which spun and hit not one but two other SUVs.

His helmet-mounted camera recorded the whole incident, with cars being wrecked and debris flying all around. Thankfully, the rider swerved and dodged the pile-up with ease, though he couldn’t help looking back or restrain himself from uttering some expletives. Watching the video, one can fully justify him.
