Described as a “unique piece of motoring history” by the vendor, this Bentley Mulsanne that was owned and used by Queen Elizabeth, is now offered for sale.
In charge of finding it a new home is a dealership in Surrey, which has listed it on AutoTrader and is asking £199,850 or $285,000 for the Bentley at today’s exchange rates.
The car was used by Queen Elisabeth II on several occasions, including the Diamond Jubilee celebrations that marked her 60th year of reign 4 years ago, along with a visit paid to Prime Minister David Cameron, which was actually her first-ever cabinet meeting with the state official.
Despite being used by the British monarch between 2012 and 2013, this Bentley Mulsanne has just 5,826 miles (9,376 km) on the odometer, out of which 5,000 were scored in the Queen’s service. Some of the cool features found on the classic dark green ride include the optional 21-inch alloy wheels, cream leather interior with walnut burr trim, veneered picnic tables, embroidered headrests and rear vanity mirrors.
It is motivated by the 6.75-liter V8 engine, producing 505 HP (512 PS) and 752 pound-feet (1,020 Nm) of torque, connected to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Zero to sixty (0-96 km/h) sprint takes 5.1 seconds and its top speed is 184 mph (296 km/h).
