Dacia has been producing the second-generation Sandero & Logan MCV models ever since 2012/2013 respectively, which means they were long overdue for a few styling upgrades.

Judging by how the two models are being covered up in these images, we can expect them to be hiding new headlights plus a new bumper and grille at the front, as well as somewhat different taillights.

The front grille will feature design patterns similar to those on the current Duster SUV, marking a departure from the current (and simpler) horizontal stripes on either side of the badge. Because of the camouflage, we’re unable to tell if the headlight/taillight design is fundamentally different (probably not), but both models should feature slightly different graphics.

It’s also hard to draw any conclusions about the interior, but certain new engine/trim level configurations could present themselves once the models become official.

One thing we can anticipate is that Dacia should be making their first ever automatic transmission (Easy-R/automated manual) available to more markets this year, on multiple models such as the Logan, Logan MCV, Sandero and also Sandero Stepway.

Also, since both the Sandero and Logan MCV featured the same front end from the get go, it’s safe to say that the 4-door Logan will be receiving the same facelift soon enough.
