Four riders were involved in a fiery accident during a Moto2 race at Motorland Aragon, Spain when a fuel tank exploded in the middle of the pack.

It all started at the first lap of the second round when Xavi Cardelus fell off his bike, scattering debris and with them his fuel tank in the middle of the track.

The tank rolled into the path of one rider who ran it over, causing the explosion and a huge fireball, with three more riders losing control of their bikes and others able to drive through the flames.

The red flag was flown immediately, causing the race to stop. Several riders received medical attention but so far there are no reports on any serious injuries. Sounds like a miracle to us.
