Back when the Alpina B10 Biturbo was new, it was compared in performance with cars like the Ferrari Testarossa and now is your chance to own one of the 507 models ever produced.

The specific example is No. 143 of the 507 in total and has covered just 64,500 miles since 1991 when it was new.

Since it was imported in the UK in 2008, this B10 was kept as part of a private collection, with the seller claiming a fantastic condition inside-out and an extensive service history. The photos certainly support his former claim, showing the car in nearly new condition.

Regular maintenance is of the highest importance with these models as repair costs can quickly get out of hand. The Garrett turbos are known for their sensitive nature but if taken care of properly as claimed, then the next owner will definitely have lots of fun.

First introduced in 1989, the Alpina B10 Biturbo was one of the fastest four-door cars of its time, with a top speed of 181mph (291km/h) and a 0-62mph (100km/h) time of 5.6 seconds.

Based on the BMW 535, the B10 was powered by a twin-turbo version of the 3.5-litre M30 straight-six engine, producing 355hp (360PS) and 383lb ft (520Nm) of torque. After Alpina finished working their magic on the E34 chassis, the B10 Biturbo was considered one of their finest moments.

The car is listed currently on eBay with the asking price of £27,495 (around $40k in current exchange rates). Still want that M5?
