For those who like their Cadillac with a bit more attitude, the all-American luxury brand has introduced a new Carbon Black Sport Package.
The kit includes all manner of blacked-out trim inside and out, and even Recaro bucket seats. Each version is punctuated by a black chrome grille, but the rest of the package varies between the ATS coupe, ATS sedan, CTS sedan, and the ATS-V and CTS-V performance models.
Buyers of the ATS sedan and coupe will find black chrome rear fascia to match the front grille, along with black window moldings, body-colored doors handles, dark-finish wheels, a V-Series spoiler, and an interior decked out in low-gloss carbon fiber and with Recaro front seats.
A similar package is offered on the CTS sedan in both Luxury and V-Sport trims. It offers similar dark-finish wheels, V-Series spoiler, low-gloss carbon interior trim and upgraded front seats that can be upgraded to Recaros.
Step up to the top-of-the-line CTS-V performance sedan and you’ll find a full carbon-fiber exterior package, including front splitter, hood vents, rear diffuser and a bigger spoiler, all made from the woven stuff. It’s also gets dark alloys and low-gloss interior carbon trim, as well as upgraded seats and available Recaros, along with suede-trimmed steering wheel and shifter.
The ATS-V performance sedan and coupe benefit from a combination of the upgrades offered on the base ATS and the CTS-V. That comes down to black chrome grille and rear fascia, dark-finish wheels, carbon exterior and interior kits, sueded controls and Recaro seats.
Along with the optional package, Cadillac introduced a series of revisions to the ATS and CTS models for 2017, with dealers now accepting orders.
