Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo bought himself one of the fastest cars in the world soon after Portugal defeated France in the Euro 2016 final.
CR7 announced his new purchase on his personal Instagram feed, where he wrote “The animal arrive” and “Soon your honor arrive” while describing the two images. While his english may not be exactly top notch, his taste in cars is quite impressive, even though he just bought another Veyron when the Chiron came out not that long ago.
According to The Mirror, the car has already been delivered to his home in Madrid, as the football star currently remains on holiday in Ibiza on a luxurious yacht, rumored to cost about £40,000 per week to rent.
Of all the cars we’ve previously seen him with, this one has to be the fastest. With a top speed of 408 km/h (253 mph) and a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) time of about two and a half seconds, the 1,000 PS (746 kW) hypercar can easily outrun Cristiano’s 911 Turbo S or his Aventador LP 700-4.
Due to Dimitri Payet’s challenge during the final, Ronaldo didn’t get to play most of the game. So what better than a brand new trophy and a new Bugatti to help him through his injury recovery process?
