Following a collaboration that began in early 2015, Seat and Cosmopolitan are getting ready to roll out a special edition of the Mii city car.
Set to be unveiled on September 15, in London, during a five-day consumer-focused festival of fashion, the vehicle is picking up where the Seat Mii by Mango left off two years ago and is being co-developed by the automaker and the magazine’s editors and readers, with input and feedback gathered over the course of 18 months.
“The Mii by Cosmopolitan is being designed to meet women’s needs in terms of daily usage. This new car will go beyond aesthetics, it is a functional vehicle where the design has a purpose. Cosmopolitan contributed to transforming the role of women in society and the Mii by Cosmopolitan aims to establish a fresh perspective on cars“, said Susanne Franz, Seat’s Global Marketing Director.
Details on the special edition Seat Mii by Cosmopolitan have yet to be released, but it’s expected to use a different pattern for the wheels and additional exterior logos, along with possible “Cosmopolitan” lettering stitched on the headrests, new upholstery, door sills and specific floor mats.
