If vintage Benzes is your thing then you know how rare is to come across a W123 Lang in such a nice condition.

These cars were built to act as airport taxis, hotel service limos and such, featuring three rows of seats with the one in the middle being foldable.

This 1985 Mercedes 250 Lang is a final-year model offered for sale in Germany and is powered by a 140hp 2.5-litre straight-six petrol engine. Everything on it looks to be in tip top condition, from the bodywork and the paintjob to the cabin’s upholstery and trim fittings, backing up the really low mileage (56,000km/34,700miles).

The brown velour interior shows no signs of wear and the only non-factory item we can spot in the provided pictures is an aftermarket CD player. Just imagine the possibilities once that middle row of seats is out of the way.

The W123 series is famous for its tank-like build quality and are one of the nicest ways of entering the classic-car realm. This Lang version represents an excellent opportunity for the right person. All we know is if it was us, we would daily drive the heck out of it.

The car is offered for sale by Steenbuck Automobiles in Gödenstorf, Germany with a price tag of 18,500 euros (around $20,500 in today’s exchange rates).

H/T To BAT!
