Supercars in general, and the Aventador in particular, can be a real sight for a petrolhead’s sore eyes when caught in traffic.
This is even truer for ultra-limited run specials, as they offer much more visual drama.
Case at hand, the Anniversary Roadster spotted by TFJJ in London and posted on Autogespot. Hard to miss, really, thanks to the aero kit that’s finished in black and includes the extended front apron and splitter, side skirts and a new rear bumper with a larger diffuser.
Performance-wise, the LP 720-4 50 Anniversario Roadster packs 20 extra ponies over the standard model for a total of 720 PS. This results in a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration time of 2.9 seconds as well as a top speed of 350 km/h (218 mph) – which makes it just as fast as the LP 700-4 Coupe version.
