The second teaser image of the impending Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Concept has been released prior to the model’s debut at next weekend’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
Previewed last week from the side, this latest image shows off the model’s graceful and elegant front end of what could one day spawn a rival to the likes of the Rolls-Royce Wraith.
The front is particularly noteworthy thanks to the gaping wide chrome grille with vertical slats and of course complemented by the three-pointed star emblem on the massive hood. A pair of slim LED headlights are also visible as are a set of tiny wing mirrors which in all likelihood, use cameras rather than actual mirrors.
Also visible on the front is a Maybach badge at the top of the grille.
While the Mercedes-Maybach sub-brand only currently builds a single model based around the S600 sedan, the German firm has previously hinted that it would expand its offerings, potentially even into the SUV market.
If the Mercedes-Maybach 6 Concept pictured does indeed reach the production line, it could do so with an advanced hybrid powertrain.
All will be revealed at its debut on August 21.
