Ford has previewed four heavily modified F-150 models which it will debut at next month’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
Among 50 vehicles the marque is bringing to SEMA, these four F-150s each transform the popular pickup on a number of fronts.
The first comes courtesy of Bojix Design and makes the F-150 SuperCrew an off-roader capable of tackling the most treacherous conditions. For starters, Fox Racing coilovers have been installed and the ride height has been lifted by seven inches. Additionally, the front-end now includes a massive bull bar and skid plate.
Elsewhere, the car includes 22-inch wheels, 37-inch tires, a modified 3.5-liter V6 engine with Borg Warner turbochargers and a custom Nardo Grey and Bojix Orange paint scheme.
The second F-150 is dubbed the 4×4 Lariat SuperCrew and is powered by the available 5.0-liter V8, now helped along by a Whipple supercharger. It also includes flared wheel arches, custom wheels, a distinctive paint finish and ample room in the bed for BMX bikes.
Next up is the F-150 SuperCrew from Hulst Customs. Dubbed the EraThr3, it delivers 750 hp courtesy of the supercharger V8 engine and has been installed with a custom air suspension system to drop the ride height significantly. Huge 26-inch wheels have also been installed.
Last but not least is the 4×4 XLT SuperCab from A.R.E Accessories. Painted in a bright shade of gold with grey accents, it enjoys lifted suspension, 24-inch wheels and a canopy on the bed which can lift up to reveal a TV, charging station and storage system.
