Most car manufacturers are getting ready for the winter holidays with Christmas-themed merchandise or various projects.

A nice change from the baubles, candles, and toys, to expensive watches and perfumes is Merc’s new ad, which highlights its 4Matic all-wheel drive system.

Developed in conjunction with Magna Steyr and first introduced 29 years ago, the technology has been refined with each generation and promises to be effective at any speed.

But how does one promote an all-wheel drive system without sounding boring? Well, in this case the scenario involves two teenagers, a cinema and in adverse weather conditions. While the boy gets there thanks to his dad’s C300 tackling the snow with no problem at all, he discovers that his date is missing. Or is she? Let’s just say that all’s well that ends well.
