Toyota has subtly updated its Yaris, Auris, Verso and Avensis models for the 2017 model year in Europe with some styling tweaks, technology improvements and additional features.
Starting with the 2017 Yaris, it will be available with a new Tokyo Red paint color in monotone and bi-tone versions. The latter will contrast the red with metallic black finishes to the roof, A-pillars, door mirrors, the leading edge of the hood and the upper front wing.
Moving to the 2017 Auris, it also includes the same Tokyo Red option and comes with new 17-inch alloy wheels and sports seats with black alcantara upholstery. Other updates for 2017 include the Toyota Safety Sense package as standard. This adds a pre-collision warning system, lane departure alert, automatic high beams and road sign assist.
The Verso MPV has new upholstery throughout the interior combined with red contrast stitching and, once again, Tokyo Red paint, while a set of 17-inch wheels have also been added to the options list. Last but not least is the updated Avensis, which (you guessed it) receives the same red paint – oh, and 18-inch wheels.
European customers will be able to get their hands on the updated Toyota models starting this month.
