Subaru has announced the 2018 Impreza will be priced from $18,495 when the model goes on sale in the United States this fall.
Costing $100 more than last year’s model, the entry-level Impreza 2.0i largely carries over as it comes equipped with power windows and locks as well as a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility.
The Impreza Premium starts at $21,295 and it gains new automatic headlights and rain-sensing windshield wipers. The model also has heated front seats and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The $22,095 Impreza Sport largely carries over and features unique exterior styling as well as black cloth upholstery with red contrast stitching. Drivers will also find a push-button ignition, aluminum pedals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an infotainment system with an 8-inch display. Since this model is geared towards enthusiasts, it also comes equipped with a sport-tuned suspension, a short throw shifter, active torque vectoring, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Last but not least, the Impreza Limited retails for $24,195 and boasts LED headlights, chrome exterior trim, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Other highlights include leather seats, an automatic climate control system, and an optional harman/kardon premium audio system.
All the aforementioned models are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 152 hp (113 kW) and 145 lb-ft (196 Nm) of torque. It can be connected to either a five-speed manual or a Lineartronic continuously variable transmission. Regardless of which gearbox is selected, all models come standard with all-wheel drive.
