Aston Martin’s $2.6 million Valkyrie won’t just be as fast as a Formula One car but customers will also be given extraordinary freedom in creating their perfect hypercar, Bloomberg reports.

Speaking to the publication at a viewing and customer fitting event in August, Aston Martin chief creative officer Marek Reichman said that the lucky 150 buyers will be able to select their perfect paint and the materials used for the seats, dashboard, headliner and trim. What’s more, customers will even be able to select the reflectivity of the body panels, including the wheels.

“Once you spec your car, you’ll get a 1-to-18 scale model in the colors that you’ve selected. You’ll get the model, and you’ll go, ‘I love it,’ or, ‘Hmm, I’d like to switch this.’ Then you’ll come back to us, and we’ll repeat the process,” Reichman said, revealing that one customer has already been through 10 different versions of a one-off color.

Additionally, each driver and passenger seat will be custom fitted thanks to precise laser measurements. Like the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, the seats will be made up of nothing more than cushions attached directly to the carbon fiber monocoque.

According to Aston Martin VIP sales manager Mark Gauntlett, many have been surprised as to how spacious the Valkyrie is. He claims to have had room to sit alongside a pregnant Serena Williams in the hypercar, despite being 6-foot-4.

Aston Martin has yet to finalize the Valkyrie’s hybrid powertrain but we do know it will have a naturally-aspirated V12 engine and deliver over 1,000 hp. It will also produce more downforce than any production car before it and should land in the hands of customers in 2019.
