The new Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport is available to order now in the UK, where it has arrived as the fourth “top” trim level in the Vito range, joining the Pure, Progressive and Premium specs.

Buyers can choose between two lengths (L1 and L2), with 116 and 119 engines, and two different variants in the Crew Van Sport 3.05T N1 and Tourer Sport 3.1T, the latter featuring an 8-seat setup. Pricing starts from £37,475 ($46,700) for the Crew Sport variant, whereas the Tourer Sport is £40,570 ($50,550).

In terms of features, the Vito Sport builds over the Crew Van Premium and Tourer Select versions, adding the following: a sports suspension that lowers the van by 10 mm (0.4 inches), side skirts, hood and side sill graphics, roof rails, LED headlights and taillights, alloy wheels, Audio 40 system with DAB and sat-nav, leatherette upholstery, chrome interior details, a center console storage compartment, heated front seats, Highbeam Assist Plus, an automatic gearbox, heated windscreen washers and electrical auxiliary heating.

All that is merely in addition to everything that already came standard, such as the color-coded front and rear bumpers, chrome radiator grille, velour floor mats, heat-insulating glass, leather steering wheel and gaiter, Comfort driver’s seat with lumbar support, air conditioning, heated and electrically-adjustable mirrors, cruise control, the anti-theft protection package with double-lock, a reversing camera with parking package, Active Parking Assist and Headlight Assist.
