It may not be as popular as its rivals from Audi, BMW and Mercedes, but that doesn’t mean that the Kia Stinger cannot be upgraded with aftermarket parts.
In fact, there are quite a few tuners out there offering various accessories for the Korean company’s compact sedan, including Barracuda and Giacuzzo, which are behind this project. As it involved Barracuda, the tuned Stinger rides on one of their wheel sets. In this case, they are finished in classic silver, measure 8.5×20 inches at the front and 10×20 inches at the rear, and are shod in 225/35 and 255/30 tires respectively.

The wheels are available from €3,590 (equal to $4,270) in Germany, and are not the only upgrade, because Giacuzzo got involved as well, equipping the car with a few exterior gizmos. It’s hardly a body kit, because it only brings a spoiler lip, front and rear bumper attachments, diffuser and a discreet liftgate spoiler. Add all of these to your Stinger and you will have to pay at least €1,255 ($1,493) for the bundle.
The pictured car has lowering springs, which add another €199 ($237). Giacuzzo also has an adjustable suspension with and without electronic dampers in its portfolio, from €2,150 ($2,557) and €1,950 ($2,320) respectively, as well as a sports exhaust system that costs €2,690 ($3,200) and wheel spacers that will set you back €249 ($296) per axle. Customers can also order a black plastic boot loading protection for €99 ($118), which keeps the top part of the rear bumper safe from scratches, and optional performance enhancements that haven’t been detailed yet.
