Lego Technic Bugatti Chiron Coming This Year

Following the success of the Lego Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the Danish toy maker will now release their own brick version of the Bugatti Chiron.

Co-developed with the Molsheim car marque, and teased by Bugatti themselves on their social media channels, the kit is coming later this year, but that’s all they were willing to divulge so far.

Having known that the Lego Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS takes around six hours to assemble using more than 2,700 pieces, it’s probably safe to say that the Bugatti Chiron, made from the small bricks, will have a similar build.

The thousands of small parts, partially revealed in the teaser video that follows, will likely include functional steering, suspension, gearbox, and others, alongside brake calipers and moving parts in the mid-mounted W16 engine.

More importantly, it won’t cost a fortune like the real hypercar, which continues to fetch in excess of $3.5 million on the used car market, but a few hundred dollars, which could turn it into the ideal present for Bugatti fans.

The Lego Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS can be had from $299.99 in the United States, and €299.99 ($372) in Germany.
