The first Audi RS6-LE tuned by ABT in the U.S. has arrived at Monterey Car Week ahead of its public debut at Exotics on Broadway this coming Saturday in Seaside, California.
This special Audi is known as the ABT RS6-LE (Legacy Edition) and has been built by U.S. partner LCE Performance USA in Phoenix, Arizona. Adorning the exterior is a Dark Olive Green wrap while found up front is a new carbon fiber splitter. The German tuner has also developed carbon fiber wing mirror caps for it, distinctive side skirts, a rear spoiler, and a rear diffuser. The hood has also been modified and now rocks a prominent carbon fiber insert that doesn’t just look cool but is also said to improve heat dissipation.

LCE Performance USA also opted to fit this RS6 with ABT’s IR22 forged wheels with a gold-painted finish. A set of lowering springs and new front and rear suspension stabilizers have also been fitted. The car is also rocking a stainless steel exhaust system with new 102 mm tailpipes. Then there’s the really exciting stuff.
Each RS6-LE from ABT includes new turbochargers, an upgraded intercooler, ECU remapping, and optimized cooling to allow the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 to pump out 750 hp and 723 lb-ft (980 Nm) of torque.
A host of special touches have also been made to the interior. For example, ABT has installed a new steering wheel wrapped in Alcantara with a 12 o’clock marking. The seats have also been retrimmed with ABT and RS6-LE logos. ABT has also installed new floor mats with the RS6-LE logo, added a new start-stop switch cap, installed door entry lighting, and created a new trunk mat.
ABT is producing just 200 examples of the limited-run RS6-LE worldwide and it’s safe to assume that North America could prove to be one of its most important markets.
