Development on the next addition to the redesigned Bentley Continental range, the GT Speed, is reaching its end, and our spy photographers have just caught the coupe model wearing its new front end.
The changes over the standard Continental GT include the new front bumper that boasts larger openings, the 21-inch alloy wheels with a different design wrapped around chunkier 275/35 ZR21 Pirelli P-Zero rubber, and the bespoke tail pipes.
The actual production model is also expected to feature a discreet boot lid spoiler along, while interior upgrades will be limited to the different colors and trim options.
The new Continental GT Speed will justify its name with the use of a 6.0-litre W-12 engine upgraded to produce a little over 600-horsepower and close to 600 lb-ft of peak torque, channeled to all four wheels.
The 2012 Bentley Continental GT (coupe) and GTC (convertible) Speed models should go on sale sometime in the first half of 2012.
