The 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show that runs for the public from November 18 to 27 will play host to two premieres for Porsche including the North American debut of the new 911 Carrera and Carrera S models [codenamed 991] and the first ever appearance of an as-of-yet unnamed model.
The only clues we get from Porsche about the new car is a short statement saying that it will “boast impressive performance and dynamic looks, exuding unadulterated driving pleasure“.
That said, we don’t know if the new Porsche will exhibit an actual production model or a concept car hinting at a future vehicle. Either way, there’s a lot to choose from as the Stuttgart automaker has been working on a raft of new projects ranging from new body styles and variants of the 991, to the next Boxster and Cayman and even the small Cajun crossover.
We’ll ask around for more details update you once we have information to share.
