With Saab having bitten the bullet, probably for good this time, the administrators have immediately stepped in and started selling off its assets in order to pay the now bankrupt carmaker’s workers and creditors.

According to a report from the usually well-informed crew on Saab matters over at Saabs United, the bankruptcy administrators are already taking offers for the Swedish firm’s Car Museum that is located in Trollhättan.

It is reported that the administrators have also set a deadline: all interested parties must make their offers until January 20. From the beginning of the year, SaabsUnited along with the Swedish Saab Club tried to raise interest amongst fans of the brand to join them in saving the museum, but even though many responded, it wasn’t enough.

The Innovatum Technology Park, which is located close to the Saab Museum, has allegedly teamed up with Saab veterans to make a bid for the museum. We’ll have to sit tight and wait to see what the outcome will be.
