We must admit that 2011 was a hot year for supercars, both in the metaphorical sense that most brands made record sales, and literally, since we saw many exotics go up in flames.

The most publicized issue was perhaps that of the self-combusting 458 Italias, which forced Ferrari to issue a recall. The truth, though, is that apart from the Prancing Horse, other supercar makers have had their share of scorching hot cars – not to mention numerous crashes – some of them causing mirth while others were quite terrifying.

Last week we showed you a Lamborghini Gallardo that won a rally while its rear end was up in flames. This time it’s an orange baby Lambo that is engulfed in flames in the city of Prague in the Czech Republic.

There is no info on what caused the fire, though one of the YouTube commentators said that it was a transmission problem and that driver escaped unhurt but in such a hurry that he didn’t even have the chance to grab his cellphone.
