The upcoming 82nd Geneva International Auto Salon will host the world premieres of two new Mansory tunes based on the McLaren MP4-12C and, according to Carscoop sources, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.
For the time being, the German tuning house has only confirmed the news on the McLaren MP4-12C, for which it has released a pair of teaser renderings and initial information on the upgrades it features.
The British supercar receives a new wide-body aero package with at least some components made from carbon fiber as evidenced by the photos. There’s also a different set of 20-inch wheels wrapped around beefier high-performance tires, while the interior has been fiddled around as well.
The most prominent part of the tune is the power kit that comprises a custom exhaust system, a sports air filter and a new ECU, all of which help increase output from 600PS (592HP) and 600Nm (442.5 lb-ft) to 670PS (661HP) and 675Nm (497.8 lb-ft) respectively.
More details are to be released at the car’s debut in Geneva next week.
