The brand-new, second generation Cee’d hatchback isn’t posing to the crowd alone at Kia’s Geneva Motor Show display as the Korean automaker also premiered its station wagon variant.
And while we have the pictures to show you, for some reason Kia has decided to withhold all details simply stating that it will release more information closer to its on-sale date, later this year.
Nevertheless, being a sister model to the Hyundai i30 Wagon that also received its world premiere in Switzerland, it’s safe to assume that the 2012 Cee’d Wagon will be longer than the hatch providing a far larger boot space.
Both the Cee’d hatchback and Wagon will share a common engine lineup comprising two gasoline (1.4 MPI, 1.6 GDI) and two diesel (1.4 WGT,1.6 VGT) engines with power outputs ranging from 90PS to 135PS (89bhp-133bhp).
