We know from first hand that each market has its own needs and values when it comes to advertising products, but we can’t help but feel that at least a couple of Hyundai’s South Korean market ads for the latest generation of the Santa Fe are an awkward throwback to previous decades.

This is most evident in the commercial where Hyundai pictures the Santa Fe in one scene sliding and roaring like a lion and in another displays the interior with a baby’s cry heard from the background, supposedly to show that it’s tough on the outside and soft in the inside.
