One of the perks of buying a brand new BMW in the States is the German automaker’s Ultimate Service policy, which is a no-cost maintenance program that covers the first 50,000 miles (80,450km) or four years of ownership, whichever comes first.

While the program is not new, BMW wants to tell more people about it with two new 30-second commercials named “Married” and “Tickets” created by the brand’s advertising agency of record, KBS+.

Both spots feature customers who do not believe a service advisor when he informs them that the maintenance was done for free.

“No-cost maintenance is a hallmark of BMW service and something that we alone offer among our top rivals,” said Dan Creed, Vice President, Marketing, BMW of North America. “These new spots give us the opportunity to tell that story in a fun and memorable way,” he adds.

BMW said it will introduce more digital shorts focusing on its Ultimate Service plan in June with a second group to follow in July.

In addition, the automaker also released a separate campaign for older BMWs no longer covered by the Ultimate Service plan where it advertises its Value Service program, which includes a $79.95 oil change plus a new filter and a checkup, while $49.95 will get you a new micro filter for the interior and a fluid level check.
