Ferrari fans in Britain will be happy to know that the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit will once again play host to the ‘Ferrari Racing Days’ in September.
The event will offer guests the unique opportunity of seeing on-track activities from the F1 Clienti, FXX, 599XX, Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli and the Ferrari Club Challenge, all in one place, during the same weekend.
In addition to the numerous races, Ferrari North Europe will also attempt to recoup the Guinness World Record for the Largest Parade of Ferrari Cars, which it conquered in 2007 with 385 cars on the Silverstone Circuit but lost the following year after 490 cars gathered at the Fuji Speedway Circuit in Shizuoka, Japan.
“Ferrari North Europe intends to set a new record in excess of 500 cars, and is hoping to attract the support from Ferrari owners all over the UK and abroad,” the company said in a statement.
The Italian automaker added that it will be donating £5 for every car entered into the world record attempt to BEN, which is a UK-dedicated charity that helps those who work, or have worked, in the automotive and related industries, as well as their dependents.
