After previewing the new Cayster GT 670 program for the Porsche Cayenne at last year’s Essen Motor Show, German aftermarket specialist Hofele-Design has now launched the tuning package onto the market.
The exterior upgrades are the main event for this package with Hofele-Design having developed a new 14-piece body kit.
Among other parts, the package includes a newly styled front bumper with LED daytime running lights, wheel arch extensions, a new vented hood with a power dome, side sills, boot spoiler, roof wing, and a new rear bumper that houses a diffuser and quad pipes.
A choice of stripes mounted just above the side skirts and 20- or 22-inch alloy wheels round out the Cayster GT 670’s exterior makeover.
For the interior, Hofele-Design offers customers a selection of leathers and colors for the seats, dashboard and door panels.
The German tuner has performance upgrade options for the Cayenne equipped with either the 3.0-liter TDI or 3.0-liter TSI Hybrid power plant.
Starting with the 3.0 TDI that produces 241hp (245PS) and 550Nm in standard guise, Hofele-Design’s power kit boosts output to 296hp (300PS) and 650Nm. The hybrid model with 375hp (380PS) and 580Nm is upped to 474hp (480PS) and 737Nm).
The final touch comes through an available electric module that allows the driver to lift or lower the air-suspension, depending on the SUV’s speed at the time.
