The arrival of the mildly facelifted Toyota Venza crossover for the 2013 model year brings some styling tweaks on the outside and improved standard features in all three grades but also an increase in pricing from $270 to $1,585, depending on the model.
Prices for the Venza range from $27,700 for the front-wheel-drive four-cylinder LE to $30,970 for the V6 all-wheel-drive Limited edition, excluding a delivery, processing and handling (* DPH) fee of $810.
Besides the redesigned front end and the revised tail lamp graphics, the 2013 Venza gains newly designed, optional 19-inch wheels, three fresh exterior shades, a new black interior color, while all models now come fitted with a standard blind-spot mirror and outer mirror turn signals with puddle lamps.
Also new for 2013 is the Toyota Entune multimedia system.
Powertrain choices include a 2.7-liter four-cylinder unit delivering 181hp and 23mpg combined (FWD), and a 3.5-liter V6 returning 268hp and 22mpg (FWD) combined, both linked to a standard six-speed automatic gearbox. All-wheel drive is offered as an option on both engines.
