Possibly inspired by likes of the Chevrolet SSR (Super Sport Roadster), the German owner of a 1990 BMW 325i Cabriolet turned the E30 into a targa-topped pickup truck by discarding the rear seats and building a metal structure behind the passenger compartment.
Bypassing the crude metal and styling work on the E30 convertibles’ body, the thing that strikes us the most with this custom build is the truck bed space or rather, the lack thereof – seriously, just take a look at it…
According to the seller’s listing, the car also features an easily removable targa top “thus becoming a BMW convertible” [sic].
The asking price for the six-cylinder 325i Targa Pickup Truck is a “negotiable” €2,200 or about US$2,750.
