Regardless of how much power Mercedes-Benz’s AMG performance division gifts its models, there will always be customers wanting more horses under the hood and a tuner willing to supply the need.
Like German Special Customs (GSC), which has introduced a new performance and styling package for the latest Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG.
It all starts with the a power kit for the 5.5-liter V8 engine that includes bigger turbos, an additional water cooler, a custom exhaust system and a software update, which all work together to bring output from 518hp (525PS) to 740hp (750PS) and peak torque from 700Nm (516 lb-ft) to 1,150Nm (848 lb-ft).
As a result, the GSC CLS63 AMG is able to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) in just 3.7 seconds and reach a maximum speed of almost 350 km/h (218mph).
The tuner continues with a KW adjustable suspension on the front axle and a new set of 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped around Continental tires size 255/30R20 up front and 295/25R20 at the back.
The exterior gets a matte foil wrap sans the boot, which is finished in gloss black, as well as a new body kit including a vented hood, side skirts, revised front and rear bumpers, a carbon fiber diffuser and quad tailpipes.
GSC also offers a variety of interior upgrades such as Alcantara trim and upholstery.
