Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don’t. In the first video we see the rider of a BMW R1200 GS cruising on the road somewhere in the States (we couldn’t pinpoint the location) when the driver of a Mitsubishi Eclipse coupe makes a completely unnecessary wide turn just missing the bike by inches.
The shaken BMW motorcyclist then turns around, catches up with the female driver of the Eclipse, and asks her if she learned her lesson, to which she replies “yes, I did” and apologizes.
Several thousand miles across the Pacific and deep into Russia, the rider of a Yamaha FZ-1 was not so fortunate, though to be honest, he has himself to blame as well.
The Russian motorcyclist can be seen speeding on a city road when a beaten up VAZ-21061 makes a sudden turn.
The local media reported that the person behind the wheel of the Russian sedan was a 17-year old teenager without a license who fled the scene immediately only to be arrested by the police shortly after. The rider of the Yamaha suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Be warned, the second video contains lots of moans and groans…
