If you pay close attention to the dash-cam video from a car coming from behind, you will see the driver sliding between two trucks and making a full 360-degree turn only just avoiding contact with another truck.
It seems that the person behind the wheel made the sudden move after spotting a broken down truck in his or her lane.
We’re still trying to figure out if the driver’s actions were thought through, partially deliberate or completely unintentional.
