Citroen wants to gain a chunk of the popular supermini segment in Brazil with an updated version of its C3 hatchback, which features some styling and mechanical differences over its European sibling.
These include the French brand’s newly designed front grille encompassing the double-chevron logo, a new front bumper with a reshaped lower grille and LED daytime running lights, while the interior sports round instead of rectangular air vents on the center console.
It’s not clear yet if any of these changes will be applied to the European market C3, though with the 2012 Paris Motor Show coming up in a little over a month’s time, it won’t be long before we find out.
The C3 goes on sale in Brazil this month with a choice of two ethanol-capable four-cylinder engines.
