Yes, it is a bit strange to see Canada’s Conquest Vehicles pitching their latest model as the first unarmored vehicle in their lineup.
But truth to be said, the Conquest brand has been known for their Knight XV armored SUV with capabilities of flattening small cities and parading around Middle Eastern oil lords. Nevertheless, their new Evade model is less armored and less reckless.
The Evade is what Conquest is calling “the new standard in handcrafted luxury suv’s,” and with over 400 cubic feet of interior, there is plenty of room for some over-the-top “luxury.”
Inside, the Evade comes with ergonomic 2+2 style limo seating, executive style reclining seats, lap top trays, a third (yes, third) sunroof, and the option of either a driver partition or retractable flat screen television.
“We wanted EVADE to set a new standard for our company in terms of pushing the boundaries from engineering to design to incorporating new user experiences without compromising the integrity of some of the key highlight design features offered by our armored Knight XV,” said the president of the Canadian company William Maizlin.
“The result speaks for itself in terms of the final product and we couldn’t be happier,” he added.
The price for all this unarmored luxury will set you back a few $579,000 (€476,000), or for all you one percenters, chump change.
