The third new Mitsubishi model to be confirmed for this month’s Paris Auto Show after the Outlander PHEV and Mirage supermini is the updated 2013 ASX, which is also known as the Outlander Sport in North America and RVR in Japan and other markets.
The European presentation comes a few months after the 2013 Outlander Sport made its world premiere at the New York Auto Show in April.
From the single image released by Mitsubishi, it looks like the revamped ASX will benefit from the same subtle cosmetic tweaks as its American cousin including the newly styled front and rear bumpers, and alloy wheels.
Interior revisions are expected to include new trims and a new All Wheel Control (AWC) push button switch on the dashboard.
Mitsubishi didn’t say if it will make any changes to the ASX’s engine lineup, which in Europe includes 1.6-liter gasoline and 1.8-liter turbodiesel units.
The 2013 ASX is slated to reach European showrooms later this autumn.
