Several months after German firm ABT Sportsline introduced an initial batch of performance and styling components for the lightly facelifted Audi A4 sedan, the VW Group tuning specialist has come out with a similar set of goods for the Avant version of the series, and this time, it has released real-life and not renderings of the car.
The engine power packages, which are common for the A4 sedan and estate models, boost the 1.8-liter TFSI petrol from 170PS (168hp) to 211PS (208hp); the 2.0-liter TFSI from 211PS (208hp) to 270PS (266hp); all 2.0-liter TDI diesels up to 205PS (202hp) and the 3.0-liter TDI V6 from 245PS (242hp) to 300PS (296hp).
Handling as well as the stance of the A4 Avant can be improved though the use of a sports suspension kit that lowers the ride height, and a selection of alloy wheel designs in sizes up to 20-inches.
Outside, the German tuning brand adds a front spoiler, a new blacked out grille, side skirts, a rear apron and diffuser combo with dual twin-tipped outlets for the optional sports exhaust system, and a tailgate spoiler.
