Okay, the bet is probably off if you have been to a cotton-picking farm, but if you haven’t, then you are going to be impressed by the technique developed to load huge cotton rolls onto a truck bed without any external help.
The cotton rolls are laid down on their side with the truck driver scooping them up as is into the loading area that is equipped with a conveyor belt floor. The next step is to offload the rolls onto the ground on their flat side and then pick them up and head off for delivery.
That sounds easier said than done, and we are pretty sure that it takes said drivers a lot of practice to get it right.
