The driver of the Jeep, Shena Hardin, appeared in Cleveland Municipal court on Monday where Judge Pinkey S. Carr not only suspended her license for 30 days and ordered her to pay $250 in court costs, but she is also making her wear a sign that says, “Only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus“!
According to the court records, the judge ordered the 32-year old woman to wear the sign and stand at the intersection of E. 38th Street and Payne Avenue next Tuesday and Wednesday, from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. both days.
