We could be wrong, but we think that what you’re looking at here are photoshoped images of what Germany’s Regula Tuning would like to do to your pre-facelift Audi R8, be that the Coupe or Spyder models with either a V8 or V10 powerplant.

Regardless if the pictures are real, the tuner’s cosmetic package bears the name “Grandiose” with Regula stating that it brings the R8 closer to its competition siblings in looks while keeping its street legal status.

Regula upgrades the exterior of the car with a bodykit comprising a new front bumper and single grille assembly, a fixed rear wing, a cover that sits between the tail lamps, side skirts and a new rear bumper packed with air vents and a pair of twin exhaust pipes.

The package can be finished off with huge 20-inch 20 inch Oxigin wheels wrapped around in performance tires size 235/30 R20 at the front and 295/25 R20 at the rear axle.

For the R8 V10 models, Regula Tuning also offers an ECU upgrade that lifts output from 525PS (518hp) to 560PS (552hp).

In terms of pricing, the aero package will set you back €7,698 (equal to US$10,000 at today’s rates) and the engine tune, €1,398 (US$1,815), while Regula Tuning did not say how much it charges for the 20-inch wheels.
