Starting from today, consumers in the UK can place their orders in for the 2013 model C3 Picasso that was updated with a mid-life facelift at the recent Paris Motor Show.
Cosmetically, the C3 Picasso small minivan benefits from a new face incorporating Citroen’s double-chevron grille along with a restyled bumper featuring LED daytime running lights on higher-grade models, and two new body colors named Ink Blue and Pearlescent White.
In the interior, Citroen’s designers updated the cabin with a new trim called Mistral ‘Mixou’ on the VTR+ models, a new optional full black leather upholstery on Exclusive models and the addition of the brand’s new eMyWay satellite navigation system, which can be specified with reversing camera and rear parking sensors.
Moreover, an electro-chrome rear view mirror has been added to the C3 Picasso’s Automatic Pack option at no extra cost, while VT models gain new 15-inch ‘Asterodea’ wheel covers.
The only change under the hood concerns the HDi 110 engine, which has been tweaked to deliver 5hp more, from 110hp to 115hp, with no effect on the model’s fuel economy or CO2 emissions. The diesel unit has been renamed to HDi115 to reflect the power increase.
